Founded in 2011, Aditya Birla Renewables is a part of the Aditya Birla Group, a Fortune 500 conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai, India.

In 2011, we were among India’s first renewable energy companies to answer the call of the Jawaharlal Nehru Solar Mission, which flagged off the country’s green energy journey.

We support a host of national commitments, including India’s COP26 promise to get half its energy from renewable sources by 2030. By enabling governments and businesses to reach for a sustainable, low-carbon future, Aditya Birla Renewables is helping India fulfil its energy promises to the world.

As part of our efforts to remain at the forefront of renewables technologies, we aim to venture into ‘round-the-clock’ projects and hydrogen and ammonia-based power solutions. And going forward, in alignment with the Make in India missions, Aditya Birla Renewables also plans to start manufacturing solar PV modules.
